At Bulletpoint Mounting Solutions, we want you to feel as confident in your wardrobe as you do in your gear. If your purchase doesn't fit your style or size, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the original, unworn apparel with all tags attached into the shipping mailer and include your packing slip for faster processing.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
